General Terms

By downloading or using Caught, these terms apply to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the app or its trademarks. The app, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and related intellectual property rights belong to Caught.

Caught may change the app or charge for services at any time, but paid features will be presented clearly before purchase.

License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Caught grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

Third-Party Services

Caught uses third-party services, including Instagram access through a user-controlled web login and RevenueCat for subscriptions. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Caught is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Service Availability

Some app features require an active internet connection and access to third-party services. Caught is not responsible for connection charges, roaming charges, service outages, unavailable third-party services, or device issues that prevent use of the app.

Updates and Termination

We may update, suspend, or stop providing the app. If we terminate the service, rights and licenses granted under these terms will end and you must stop using the app.
