Caught is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Caught.

Information We Collect

Caught may collect account identifiers, Instagram profile information you connect to the app, scan history, follower and following data, profile metadata, subscription status, and usage data generated while you interact with the service.

Caught uses RevenueCat to manage purchases and subscriptions. Purchase status and customer identifiers may be processed to unlock paid features.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the app, including login, scan history, follower and following tracking, notifications, subscription access, support, security, and troubleshooting.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as infrastructure and subscription providers, only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices and Deletion

You can delete local app data from the app settings. To request deletion of server-side account data, email support@caughtapp.app or visit /delete-account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, update, restrict, or delete your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Caught is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
