Delete Account and Data

You can delete local scan history, follower and following data, analytics, and saved app data from Settings inside Caught.

To request deletion of server-side account data, email support@caughtapp.app with the Instagram username connected to Caught and, if available, your RevenueCat customer ID from the app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing reasons.

Deleting Caught data does not delete your Instagram account or cancel an active app store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Google Play or the App Store.
